We are under contract to purchase a home later this month. I spoke with Douglas and setup a time for him to come out and inspect the home for potential issues. We had to change the date because the appraisal was not in yet, and he had no problem at all with it. He was easy to reach by phone or through email, and always got back to me. I met with him after he had completed the inspection. He walked me through the house, inside and out and was EXTREMELY THOROUGH. He even knew which light bulbs were burnt out, and what switch turned on what light. Checked the roof, A/C system, and pool system as well to make sure they were all operating properly. Very personable as well. A day later he sent me a typed up 54 page report with pictures and issues that he found so it would be easy to reference with the owners / real estate agent. The biggest thing was finding a potential A/C problem that would have cost us thousands of dollars. Now we are in the process of renegotiating the contract. This is my first time going through a home inspection and I cannot recommend Douglas enough. Guy knows his stuff, very personable. Great to have in my corner to make sure all the ducks are in a row, especially with buying an older home.

I called each company for pricing, availability, and I scoped out each's customer reviews (which was the most important to me). I used All in One Inspections for the purchase of my home. I had a great experience with Douglas. He was able to find many items that saved me money. I was able to negotiate with the seller of the house and get him to lower the price of the house. It was a great experience. Douglas did a walk through with me at the end of my inspection. It really helped me understand all the big items as well as the small items. My realtor loved the experience too. Douglas did a great job. The VA appraiser/inspector on the other hand did not, which was a big concern to my buyer. If it were not for Douglas we would not have know there was an old oil tank on the property that needed removed by the seller before closing. The VA inspector never spotted it along with other issues. Douglas was very knowledgeable & thorough in the inspection which gave my buyer peace of mind. I highly recommend Douglas.
